Heather Flanagan is a frequent speaker on living trusts, wills and proper estate planning. She received her law degree (J.D.) with honors from Creighton University School of Law in 1995 and her Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) from the University of Florida in 2006. She is also a Florida Certified Family Mediator. Her practice is devoted to estate planning and asset protection.
